John Flack

Short Bio

John Flack is an Oracle programmer and administrator, and he is experienced in all phases of software design, system implementation, and database conversions. He has served in leadership positions and is accustomed to reviewing and evaluating systems and providing recommendations and alternatives based on his reviews. Mr. Flack works equally well with managers, technical personnel, and end users, and is able to step into a new environment and work comfortably with existing team members. For the past three years, Mr. Flack has been acting as an internal consultant on projects at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA), the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE), and the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), and the Office of the Inspector General.
