Synectics appraised once again by CMMI Institute
Synectics for Management Decisions, Inc. (Synectics) announced that it has recently been appraised at Level 3 – DEV of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). The appraisal was performed by Schilling Knowledge Engineering LLC.
CMMI is a framework that helps organizations improve product quality and performance. Having a CMMI Level 3 – DEV appraisal indicates that Synectics systems and software development processes and procedures are well characterized, understood, and are described in the standards, procedures, tools, and methods characteristic of a high-performing organization. These improved processes and procedures help align Synectics with its strategic vision and goals, which ultimately provides our customers with improved product quality and services.
